Different Resources that can be helpful for Learning Sitecore

As the title suggests, this post will cover different channels which Sitecore provide for the Sitecore users. In case if you know the basics of Sitecore then you can switch to these channels and learn the advance features.

Prerequisite: It is required to be a .NET developer and have good understanding on ASP.NET MVC.

  1. Sitecore Developer Trial Program

    • For 60 days, get hands-on experience building own web projects on the latest Sitecore version with no feature-restrictions.
    • Also, use trial license to satisfy eLearning – license prerequisites to enroll in free classes and/or classes required to become a Sitecore Certified Developer.

    • Sitecore Developer Foundation eLearning
    • Free official foundations course to teach students the basics of Sitecore XP.
    • During the course, students will build a basic website. They will learn how to create data infrastructure, build editable pages and publish content. Students will also build simple MVC components using a text editor with minimal coding. This course gives students a complete overview of the different elements in the process of building a website with Sitecore.

    This is a site with very well documented documents or articles for learning new features as well as known issues.
